It's about saying "no" to people, when you really do NOT have the time or energy, or when even if you just don't want to do something.

Teach your children that although it's important to respect your parents, teachers and other people with authority, and it's nice to serve and help others...... it's totally O.K. to say "no" if someone asks you to help with something, and you would really rather not.

Know your limits and know that people will survive without your help.  You do not need to always "save the day".

RELAX!  Take time for yourself.  Be as kind to yourself as you are to others.
