As I was thinking about what to do for the lesson, at first I was thinking about teaching about love, since I just posted two songs here on my blog about love.
However, after I posted the songs, I was inspired to remember that I told my husband that I thought it would be a good idea to go through this year's Relief Society and Priesthood manual, "Teachings of Presidents of the Church" -- Ezra Taft Benson, for Family Home Evening lessons. So that's what I'm going to do for tonight's lesson! Yay!
The next lesson, Lesson 6, is titled "Jesus Christ, Our Savior and Redeemer". He taught us how to love, and he is the one who gave the "new" commandment to love one another. : )
