Teach Your Children About Jesus

2 Nephi 25:26 says that people taught their children about Jesus so that they "...may know to what source they may look for a remission of their sins.".

In 3 Nephi 27:27, Jesus said, "What manner of men ought ye to be?... even as I am.".

He taught everyone to obey God's commandments (see John 14:15 below).

He said, "I am the way, the truth and the life.". (see John 14:6 below)

He said, "Wide is the gate and broad is the way that leadeth to destruction...", but "Straight is the gate and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life....".  (see Matthew 7:13-14)

If you find yourself on that wide, broad way -- turn back and head quickly toward Christ.   : )

In a talk by Elder Holland (which I'll post below), he said, "It is not possible for you to sink lower than the infinite light of Christ's Atonement shines.".

You can be forgiven.  He can change your heart and help you to do all of the things necessary to return to live with our Heavenly Father."

Here is an article by Michael Allred about repentance.  It's from the December 2012 Ensign magazine.:

Here is a picture that I really like.  It is of Jesus reaching into the water (to save Peter).  It was painted by Yongsung Kim, and it's titled, "Save Me -- the Hand of God".

Here is a song that I really like.  It is about Jesus and what he did for us.  It's titled, "Remember Me", although the main words of the chorus are "Always Remember Me".  The vocalist is Samuel Cox, and the words were written by Emma Pears.

Click here to hear the song (It's a video).

I think that's all for now.   : )
